1. No Refunds

- All payments made for subscriptions, courses, live classes, and webinars are non-refundable. Once processed, payments are final, and no refunds will be issued. Please review the payment plans carefully before subscribing to any premium plan.  
- If there is a delay in service activation after payment, we will extend your subscription accordingly.  

2. Payment Authorization 

By subscribing, you authorize Gems of Trading to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon subscription fees.  
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for any remaining period after cancellation.  

4. Exceptions

- In rare cases, Gems of Trading may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.  
- Customers must submit a refund request with the transaction number and original payment receipt (if available) for consideration.
